Wayne W. Woodbridge, CPA
Partner
Wayne is the partner responsible for the firm’s tax practice.  He specializes in Individual, Corporate, Partnership, and LLC tax returns.  His expertise in this area (over 20 years experience) not only keeps clients in compliance with all of the complicated tax laws but also makes sure they are taking advantage of all the opportunities to reduce taxes.  Another area Wayne has extensive knowledge in is Qualified Retirement Plan design and administration.  He has been helping his business clients design and implement Qualified Retirement Plans for over 15 years. His clients include dental and medical practices, manufactures, contractors, and restaurants.

Wayne started the Firm in 1997 and has been working in Tax and Accounting since 1983.  He is a member of the Oregon State Society of CPAs.

Dalene Erickson, CPA
Partner
Dalene is the partner responsible for Accounting, and Financial reporting for closely held businesses.  She also specializes in the area of Corporate, Trust, and non-profit taxes.  Her experience includes working with clients in manufacturing, construction, restaurants, grocery stores and other small businesses.

Dalene joined the firm in 2004.  She is a 1988 graduate of Portland State University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting.  Dalene is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon State Society of CPAs.

Sarah K. Oriza
Administrative Assistant
Sarah runs the front office, she answers phones, assembles tax returns and maintains client files.  She is proficient in the preparation of payroll reports, and 401(k) administration, and QuickBooks consulting.

Sarah joined the firm in 1998.
